skype 無法啟動程式。因為您的電腦遺失api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll, 請嘗試重新安裝以修正這個問題。

重裝vitrual  2015 ++後會出現

0x80240017錯誤，先作以下指令

net stop WuAuServ
%windir%
改名SoftwareDistribution那個最長的目錄為sd
net start wuauserv
重新vc2015安裝修正++

搞定
